Assistant Professor Position in Maritime Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

To fuel further development, NTU invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the area of Maritime Studies.

Candidates must possess a PhD degree in relevant disciplines with expertise in areas such as maritime data analytics, marine environment and energy, shipping finance and management, maritime regulatory framework, maritime simulation and modelling, international trade and brokering, multi-modal transport, global strategy and risk analysis.

Candidates should preferably have at least 2 years of postdoctoral experience and teaching experience at the tertiary level.

The successful candidate is expected to work independently and jointly with other faculty members to attract funding in the relevant areas of research and demonstrate an ability to teach graduate and undergraduate level courses related to Maritime Studies.
