The Editorial Board of MPM announced the manuscript selected this year to win Best Published Manuscript Award from a short list of eight nominated manuscripts.
The prize was presented at IAME 2017 Conference in Kyoto, Japan, 27 – 30 June 2017 by Prof. Kevin Li, Editor-in-Chief, Maritime Policy & Management.
The winning manuscript is “Strategic capacity competition and overcapacity in shipping” by Ying Kou & Meifeng Luo published in Volume 43 No 4.
All nominated manuscripts attracted significant levels of interest from the readers of Maritime Policy & Management.
