This special issue (SI) aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers from academia, industry, the non-profit sector, and government, who have expertise in Arctic and northern transportation, and to have them share their knowledge of development issues in northern and Arctic regions. All submissions to this SI must directly address a maritime issue linked to the Arctic.
