Clarification note: Me-Mag Issue nr1 is on!

On August 10th, 2021:  IAME RELAUNCHED MARITIME ECONOMIST (ME-MAG): ENJOY ISSUE 1 of 2021

Dear IAME Members,

IAME is pleased to announce the relaunching of The Maritime Economist (ME-MAG), its official magazine, published since 2014.

You can now freely read and download Issue 1 of 2021 (No. 7) in the official website of ME-MAG: https://www.me-mag.org/issues

ME-MAG aims to create an active platform for merging academic studies with practice. It encourages IAME members to express their studies in plain language in line with the interests of policymakers and practitioners in the maritime industry. Also, it encourages experts in the maritime industry to share knowledge and experiences about emerging topics, challenging issues, and rising problems.

As the world is facing unprecedented challenges that range from climate change to the Covid-19 pandemic, including maritime transport, the launching of ME-MAG is pivotal in filling the gap in bridging connections between practitioners and scholars.

The next issue – Issue 2 of 2021 (No. 8) – is scheduled to be published in early Autumn 2021 – as our Association will be heading to the Annual Conference of Maritime Economists (Rotterdam 25-27 November 2021).

Hope that you will find the issue interesting and inspirational.

Adolf K.Y. Ng

Editor-in-Chief, ME-MAG

Dear IAME Members,

We are glad to tell you that Issue 1 of The Maritime Economist (ME-MAG) has now been published. You can now freely read and download the issue in the official website of ME-MAG: https://www.me-mag.org/issues

In this case, we would like to thank Thanos Pallis, the IAME President, the co-editors and editorial board members of ME-MAG, and, of course, contributors and readers for your support.
The next issue (Issue 2) is scheduled to be published in early September 2021.
Hope that you will find the issue interesting and inspirational.

Best,
